#projectSanFrancisco | 2023

AEC Cares joined forces with Larkin Street Youth Services to paint, install flooring, build furniture, and replace lighting to brighten and freshen the look of Lark-Inn.

Today, the Lark-Inn is equipped with dorm and social spaces to bring hope and brighter futures to homeless and disadvantaged youth in the Bay Area.

AEC Cares joined forces with the The Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission to paint, install, replace, repair and clean Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission’s facility.

Today, the Sunday Breakfast Rescue Mission will have an updated facility to provide vital services to Philadelphia’s most underserved.

AEC Cares joined forces with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission to renovate its chapel and gym.

Today, the LVRM has two beautifully updated spaces to provide vital services to Las Vegas’s most underserved.

AEC Cares joined forces with the Santa Maria Hostel to renovate its women’s center.

A great event where volunteers renovated Outdoor green space, Playground area, Dining room, Group Counseling Rooms.

#projectOrlando | 2017

With Balfour Beatty we helped the Coalition for the Homeless/Central FL.

The lobby was upgraded and new reception desk installed. We were able to provide new flooring and wall cladding, and made renovations to hallways.

#projectPhiladelphia | 2016

With Erickson & Son we helped the Philadelphia Athletic Recreation Center.

We renovated the lobby, arts & crafts room, and storage room. Also, the kitchen was completely gutted and overhauled.

With Skanska we helped the Covenant House.

A vast walk-in closet to organize donations was built, new flooring in the cafeteria was installed, and hallways were painted. Additionally we installed custom artwork, and performed extensive landscaping

#projectChicago | 2014

With FH Paschen we helped the Metropolitan Family Services.

It was time to retrofit the low income day care center. We renovated 32,000 Sq. Ft. of the 40,000 Sq. Ft. building. Walls were painted, flooring and ceiling tiles were replaced, and an existing playground was tranformed into an age-appropriate one. The old cabinetry and counter tops were also replaced.

#projectDenver | 2013

With Layton Construction we helped the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.

We were able to renovate the cafeteria, install new flooring, and apply wall cladding throughout the activity room. Additionally, new furniture was brought in, we refurbished the small group counseling room, and performed extensive painting. Outside, nearly $90,000 in new landscaping was provided.

We helped Sasha Bruce YouthWorks

After completely renovating the training center we installed new flooring and furniture. We painted throughout the facility, and also replaced the brick exterior.

We partnered with Catholic Charities to fix and renovate 5 homes which were badly damaged by Hurricane Katrina..
